Active City Transformation er sammen med Team ADEPT prækvalificeret, i den internationale konkurrence om omdannelsen af Thomas B. Thriges Gade fra gade til bykvarter, et af de mest markante og udfordrende byomdannelsesprojekter i nyere tid i Danmark. ACTs rolle vil være udviklingen af rammerne for et mangfoldigt byliv, samt implementeringen af midlertidige anvendelser og aktiviteter. Holdet består af ADEPT , MVRDV, Thing & Wainø, Slot Møller Rådgivende Ingeniører A/S, Esbensen Rådgivende Ingeniører A/S, Via Trafik, EMCON AS, Capacent and U:R:D og ACT.

“Thomas B. Thriges Gade” prequalification

Active City Transformation, part of Team ADEPT, has been selected to participate in “From Street to City”, one of the most significant and challenging urban competitions in recent times in Denmark, which will transform Thomas B. Thriges Gade in Odense from a streetscape to a new, lively urban neighborhood. ACT’s role will be to develop a framework for creating a multi-faceted urban space, along with the implementation of temporary uses and activities during the projects development phases. Team ADEPT consists of ADEPT, MVRDV, Thing & Wainø, Slot Møller Engineers, Esbensen Engineers, VIA Traffic, EMCON, Capacent and U:R:D and ACT.
